NABHI BASTI - NAVEL TREATMENT/SUPPORTS BELLY & DIGESTION
This is an amazing healing treatment which nurtures the Nabhi, a central Marma point (subtle energy point) where all of the pathways of the body (called Nadi's, which are the subtle energy channels, think meridians) converge.
HRID BASTI - HEART CHAKRA TREATMENT
This nurturing treatment supports the healing of both the physical and emotional/energetic heart.
NASYA TREATMENT - SINUS/NASAL PASSAGE TREATMENT
This therapeutic treatment clears and nourishes the sinuses and can help reverse deep and chronic dryness that is the root of many respiratory, central nervous system and allergic conditions.
KARNA PURANA - EAR OILING + EAR CANDLING
Ear oiling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice of applying warm oil, often herbalized, to the ear canal.
ABHYANGA MASSAGE
It's ALL about the Oil... ahhhh. The word for oiling the body, in Sanskrit, is Snehana, which means "To Love, To Be Nurtured."
USHMA SWEDANA - HERBAL STEAM
This service is a special herbal fomentation, or steam canopy therapy, which can be applied following an Abhyanga, as an add on service, to aid in the absorption and assimilation of the medicated oils as well as elimination of toxins through sweat.
PANCHA KARMA CLEANSING PROGRAM
Pancha Karma is a very special cleansing and re-nourishing program designed for the whole self, body-mind/emotions. You are led through your program by an experienced practitioner, doing some of the work at home through diet and herbs complimented by a series of body therapies prescribed by your practitioner for 3, 5 or 7 days.
ENERGETIC SUPPORT SESSIONS
All beings have energy fields that surround them. These energy fields affect and create your reality. I use energetic tools to help people remove blocks and old ways of being that no longer serve. As I tune into these layers I am able to identify the root cause of the blocks. I then send the energetic information to your Higher Self and you shift and dissolve the discordant energy in your own unique way.
