Does this service cost anything?
No. You can post as many experiences as you’d like, and people can search and reach out for a booking - all for free. We don't take a cut of the booking. Someday we may offer optional, paid upgraded features, but nothing for now!
What happens when someone sends me a booking inquiry from Setspire?
When someone lands on your experience page and fills out the booking inquiry form an email is sent to your email address (the "contact email" when you filled out your host information). The email you receive will let you know someone is interested and provide their email so you can respond directly. Setspire is uninvolved at this point.
How do I book an experience on Setspire?
If you're interested in booking an experience, simply fill out the booking inquiry form on that page and the host will be notified you are interested in learning more. They will receive your email address and it's up to them to reach out. We currently do not offer direct booking.
How do I create an experience?
Click the "Post an experience" button and fill out the form to create an experience.
How do I change my host information?
Once you're logged in, choose the profile icon in the top right corner and click "My experiences." At the bottom of the page scroll down to your host information and click to edit.
Can I create multiple experiences?
Yes, we recommend you create an experience for all formats of the services you offer to help your experience be discovered. For example, if you teach yoga in a variety of settings, you can create experiences for "Couples Yoga," "Remote Yoga," "Group Yoga," "Team Building Yoga," etc.
Do I need any qualifications to post an experience?
No, anyone can post their wellness offering on Setspire. We recommend you share your background and qualifications within your description to build trust with potential customers. We do not condone illegal activity and Setspire reserves the right to remove or edit a posting for any reason.
Does Setspire confirm the legitimacy of the content posted?
We do not vouch for the accuracy of any content on Setspire, nor guarantee the qualifications of any host. We do our best to review all content that is posted on Setspire, but if you see any content that you believe should be flagged, please email us at hello@setspire.com.
My experience is an event on a specific day. How do I make that clear and have it removed after?
Setspire is currently best suited for on-going experience offerings and services, not events. However, it can still be a great place to promote your event! We recommend you put the date in the title or description and remember to remove or update the experience after the event has past.
I see content on Setspire for plant medicine and psychedelics. Is this legal?
Yes, there are legal plant medicine and psychedelic experiences available in every state, including coaching and integration. We believe psychedelic therapy can be an important tool in healing with the right set and setting and are proud to provide a home for hosts providing legal services. We do not condone illegal activities on Setspire.
How can I remove my posting?
To remove your experience post, log in, click the profile icon on the top right corner and choose "My experiences". Click to edit the experience you'd like removed and scroll to the bottom to delete the experience immediately.
How can I delete my entire account?
If you delete your account, all of your experiences will also be removed from Setspire. We recommend deleting your experiences first and then reaching out to hello@setspire.com and we can help you delete your account.
How do I "claim" my experience?
If your experience already exists on Setspire, you can “claim” your profile so you can update and manage it yourself (it's free). Just email hello@setspire.com and let us know you’d like to claim your profile. We will transfer the account to you within 48 hours.
