There are currently more than 60 psilocybin clinical trials overseen by the National Institutes of Health in the U.S. Preliminary data suggest psilocybin therapies are effective in treating major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, smoking cessation and alcoholism. Our Psilocybin Assisted facilitator Licensure Preparation Program focuses on understanding and working with psilocybin from an ecological perspective. Our program emphasizes a relational framework that attends to preparation, experiencing the fungi and integrating the experience into work with clients, and is grounded in an intentional connection between humans, beings other-than-humans and specifically, the psilocybin fungi. We share the premises that human behavior is always relational and is embedded first and foremost in the networks of life that sustains us on our planet; and that human behavior occurs within family, social, and cultural contexts.

We feel an immense responsibility to create a learning community in which we can reimagine the circle of life, heal from our traumas, and bring beauty and harmony into each step of the life cycle.
